("ArtsRock," "we," "our" or "us") collects, uses, and shares personal and non-personal information when you visit the website, when you receive e-mails sent by ArtsRock and when you use ArtsRock online products.

This Privacy Policy applies when you use the ArtsRock website, opt in to ArtsRock e-mails or use other ArtsRock online products.

This Privacy Policy was last updated as of the date above, and we recommend that you check this Privacy Policy regularly for any relevant updates. We will notify you of important updates by e-mail, to the extent we have your e-mail address, or other appropriate means.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any websites other than or online products that are not ArtsRock's, including websites to which you may link from (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube), e-mails that are not sent by ArtsRock, and online products other than those of ArtsRock.

You are not required to provide the information described below. If you decide not to provide any of this information, you may be unable to access certain options, offers and services that involve our interaction with you.

a. Collected From You

We may gather personal information that you give us, including your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and payment details.

For example, we collect personal information on our website when you:

  • Purchase a membership
  • Purchase merchandise

Your information may be shared with us by independent organizations, e.g., other performance venues, arts organizations with which we work, third-party ticket vendors, applications providers and survey providers. We may collect and store information (including personal and non-personal information) locally on your device and within your web browser application. We may also store such information in our databases.

We are a nonprofit, mission-driven organization headquartered in Nyack, NY, and your personal information may be stored and processed outside of your country of residence. The personal information we collect is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable law, wherever your information is located. As a best practice, we have networks, databases, servers, systems and support located in various U.S. states, and we may work together with third parties around the world (see "Sharing Information with Certain Third Parties" for further details).

3. Retention of Your Personal Information

We will retain your personal information for as long as we reasonably require it for legal or business purposes. Information we collect when you are signed in to the ArtsRock website, in addition to information we obtain about you from third parties, may be associated with your ArtsRock account. When information is associated with your ArtsRock account, we treat it as personal information.

You have the right to request access to and manage the personal information relating to you that we store and process:

  • Access: Upon your request, we will respond to you promptly and provide you with access to personal information we have collected from you.
  • Correction: You can help ArtsRock maintain the accuracy of your personal information by notifying us when you change your address, phone number or e-mail address, or if you think that any other personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or needs to be updated.

ArtsRock uses the information we collect from and about you in connection with the operation of our business and nonprofit mission, and to carry out a contract with you (for example, to communicate with you regarding events to which you have purchased tickets), and to offer an enhanced, personalized online experience on our website and online products.

2. Organizers of Concerts and Special Events at ArtsRock

We share personal information that you give us with third-party organizers of concerts and special events at ArtsRock for their direct-marketing purposes, but only if you purchase tickets to their concerts and events, and have opted in to such communications.

3. Purposes of Safety, Security, and Compliance with the Law

Your information and the contents of your private online communications may be accessed and disclosed (a) in response to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant, or subpoena); (b) when we have a good-faith belief that we are required to disclose the information in response to legal process; (c) in other circumstances in which ArtsRock believes the website or a ArtsRock online product is being used in the commission of a crime (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit-risk reduction); (d) when we have a good-faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of you or another person; and (e) when necessary to protect the rights or property of ArtsRock, including to enforce the Terms and Conditions of our website or to render the service you have requested.

4. Contest Sponsors

We may occasionally present a special contest, sweepstake or other promotion on the website, and the promotion may be sponsored by a third party. To qualify for entry, we may ask you to provide personal information. If we plan to share the personal information we request from you with the promotion's sponsor, we will notify you at the point at which the information is collected, such as in the promotion's official rules.

5. In Connection With a Sale or Merger

In the event that ArtsRock undergoes a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another organization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organization in such transition. E. Transfers Outside of the EEA

If originating in the EEA, we may transfer your personal information outside of the EEA to ArtsRock in the United States for the purpose of providing services to you and promoting our nonprofit mission. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Any portion of the website intended for children under 13 will not request any personal information. Children under 13 should not provide any personal information to ArtsRock.
